 I heard a rumor about electing a Chief for the Garifuna People. Is this true? And if so, how is this going to be . . . Well I'm stuck for words. How is this possible? It don't make no sense to me.

I don't think I've ever heard about this, and if it happens I think it will a difficult decision to make because Garifuna people reside in different places and come from different countries. Would the chief be self appointed? Who would the determine who is qualified to be chief? I think this is unrealistic.
