ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Oct. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- J.A. Jones International, a Fluor (NYSE: FLR - News) company, today announced that it has been awarded contracts totaling approximately $88 million for U.S. embassy projects in Belize and Greece.
The projects in Belmopan, Belize, and Athens, Greece, were awarded by the U.S. Department of State and will include the design and/or construction of office, security and support facilities within the embassy compounds' sites. The Belize project contract value is $49 million; the Greece project is valued at $39 million.
Work will begin on the projects immediately and is expected to be complete in July 2006 (Belize) and February 2007 (Greece).
